Payment Guidelines
The timely payment of school fees is important. Prompt payments allow the school to meet the regular financial obligations incurred on behalf of the children enrolled. Each family is required to set up a FACTS Payment Plan to make school payments. The following guidelines have been adopted:
- Monthly payments are due on the date selected in the family’s FACTS payment plan. The payment plan includes registration, tuition and book fees. Charges for optional services such as Before School Care, sports and robotics may be paid in the school office.
- If payments become two months delinquent, the account will be referred to the Principal for further action.
When a family faces special financial circumstances, parents and guardians should present their need directly to the Principal for consideration. It is our practice to work closely with families during times of financial difficulty.
Annual Budget Comparisons
It is the mission of the Advancement Office of Guardian Catholic School to raise the additional funds needed to meet annual expenses.
